OfficinePalazzoni sheet metal molding produces moulded components on the customer’s own design with both hydraulic and mechanical presses.
At present, the available range of machinery includes hydraulic and mechanical presses from 100 tons to 400 tons, and manual feed to work with single molds or powered to work with progressive ribbon molds.
Bending and finishing operations are performed. The department operates according the quality standards and testing cycles designed by its technical staff and in partnership with the customer.
For the inspectioning part there are 2 testing units equipped with measuring machines and all the tools necessary to guarantee the material produced.
